I will come to your home to...​

• spend time teaching you breastfeeding skills like positioning, latch support, pumping expectations, etc
• help you build a "pillow thrown" and set up the environment in your home to support feeding
• teach you Baby-led and natural breastfeeding practices 
  
• watch you and baby feed, offering tips and advice along the way
  
• support breastfeeding, bottle feeding, infant nutrition of all kinds
• perform weighted feeds (before/after weights to determine how much milk your baby consumed)
• review pediatrician notes and talk through feeding options that make sense for you 
  
• create/facilitate a breastfeeding plan with you
• what does sustainable feeding look like for you?
  
• assess if there are latch issues and refer you to an IBCLC IF issues are determined
  
• talk through and demonstrate partner/family support
• support your mental health and discuss feeding options - breastfeeding is NOT All or Nothing!
• support with multiples, preemie, and NICU babes
• build a pumping routine and assess flange fit/sizing
  
• teach milk storage safety and best hygiene practices
  
• build a back-to-work routine
• help you to produce more milk or reduce milk production, if needed
  
• redo the Golden Hour if yours was disrupted
• take photos of you nursing your child 
• talk through any thoughts, feelings, challenges you would like to
